Original Leaders of Destiny

The O.L.D. ministry is an acronym for Original Leaders of Destiny. Grace Plus Nothing Ministries is totally commented to this ministry because we believe the elderly are vitally important to where God is taking us. In the natural, there’s a saying that goes?” If you don’t learn from your past then you are doomed to repeat it.” The Original Leaders of Destiny are key to advancing the kingdom of God because they have been through a crisis and have endured so that we can learn from the wisdom they can impart into our lives if we choose to listen.
Hosea 4:6 is applicable in the situation?

“My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge: because they reject knowledge, I will also reject you, that you shall be no Priest to Me: seeing you have forgotten the Law of your God, I will also forget your children.”

The impartation of wisdom from the Original Leaders of Destiny is pivotal for the body of Christ to obtain that which He has promised. In Genesis 50:22-26, Joseph had reiterated what God had promised Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is indicative as to why the elderly should not be cast aside like curbside trash because they have a treasure inside of them that one can not find in a book, it can only be told from the ones who have truly kept the promised and in turn, has passed the baton to those who believe in the Promise.   Grace Plus Nothing Ministries believes and receives what the Original Leaders of Destiny has to offer because they are the foundation that we have to build upon. One of the many ways we as ministry show our appreciation to the elderly is to take two O.L.D. members out every month to a luncheon, a small token for the great work they have put in.

Mother Helen Patterson

Mother Helen Patterson is one of the individuals, who head the O.L.D. ministry. Not only is she the mother of Grace Plus Nothing Ministries, but she’s also the biological mother of Apostle Anthony Monds; so thank God she chose to endure the hard ache of birthing the man of God. Mother Patterson has four children, Anthony, Lisa, Myron, and Crystal. She also has nine grandchildren who she adores dearly, and it’s this compassion that catapults Mother Patterson into being the woman of God she is today. Mother Patterson’s favorite scripture is Isaiah 1:19 “If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” Anyone who has come into the presence of this woman of God knows that she truly walks in the Rhema of this scripture.
